a totally underwhelming experience. The room was poorly maintained, with broken AC and no functioning safety deposit box, which I find shocking! I requested a room upgrade due to the poor state, but I was, of course, denied. The pool looked nice, but surprise, it was never cleaned. I was almost ready to leave a good review, but just couldn’t.

If you're on the hunt for local flavors, you can't miss the nearby Juicy Burger—just a short stroll away! The breakfast buffet at the resort is a real gem, too, filling your morning with tasty delights. Plus, access to the Cliff View's amenities gives you a taste of luxury at a budget price!

But oh boy, the experience quickly went south with ants marching all over the place, even on my backpack! The room's vibe felt gloomy, only lit by a single bulb, and the bathroom had a distinct odor. The bed was just a mattress under plastic, and the torn towels were a sight unto themselves. Definitely misled by the photos!

The location was canny, right on the beach with lovely views and a nifty pool to choose from. The staff were proper friendly, which made our stay feel even better. Just a shame about the room's slight smell. A bit of freshening up would do wonders!

My stay at Simple Life Talay & Divers Resort was less than enjoyable. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room effectively, making the hot weather unbearable. the bathroom light was out for two days without resolution, which was incredibly inconvenient. The safety deposit box in the room didn't work, leaving me anxious about my valuables.

Nice proximity to local bars and the beautiful beach makes it a solid spot. The pool outside offers a decent escape from the heat after a day of activities.

Ants infested the room, navigating their way across the bed and luggage. The bathroom had a persistent bad smell with a very cramped layout, leaving little room to maneuver. Unfortunately, the mattress was uncomfortable, still wrapped in plastic. Room lighting was sparse with a single bulb, contributing to a gloomy atmosphere. Torn towels didn't exactly elevate the comfort either.

The location is unbeatable, right by the beach and the staff are genuinely helpful. We enjoyed the nice swimming pool and had hot showers with good pressure.

Unfortunately, we encountered ant infestations and unpleasant odors in our initial rooms. Cleanliness was a concern and wifi connectivity was frustratingly poor across the property.

Free wi-fi in rooms was handy, but no pets allowed was disappointing.

simple life is great! the location is perfect, just steps from sairee beach. the swimming pool is also right there, so i had fun choosing between the two. the staff were really nice and helpful, and i loved the hot showers with strong pressure. also, having a small fridge was super convenient.

It was a solid fit for a quick trip in Koh Tao with good price value. I loved the helpful staff who made my stay enjoyable despite the rough patches. Be sure to bring bug spray just in case.
